PT. Indosat Tbk in Jakarta Pusat seeks a seasoned Architect to lead the Retail & Store System integration across Owned Store, Direct Sales and Partner Store.

You will guide cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical plans, and ensure delivery aligns with commercial goals. The role drives platform modernization with microservices, API-first design, and cloud-native solutions, while exploring AI/ML and real-time analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent field.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience delivering mobile and web apps in Retail ecosystems.
• Deep knowledge of Siebel CRM, Logistics/ERP & eKYC Biometric Verification Technology.
• Deep knowledge of system integration using SOAP and JSON.
• Knowledge and able to work with Agile Approach.
• Team player on project-based delivery.
• Understanding security principles for SPAs, mobile apps, and third-party systems (OAuth2, SSO, JWT).
• Understanding of Microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience translating UI/UX using Figma into technical requirements.

Job description

Role Purpose

The purpose of the Retail & Store System Integration role is to serve as the strategic architect of the IOH Retail & Store System (Owned Store, Direct Sales, Partner Store) journey including supporting system such as (POSS, Queueing System, Digital Vending Machine, Siebel, Logistic/ERP), ensuring the application is both a commercial powerhouse and a user-friendly tool.

• Conduct deep-dive assessments of IOH Retail & Store Application Ecosystem (POSS, Queueing Management, Digital Vending Machine) and user feedback to identify friction points within the application, translating complex metrics into actionable development insights.
• Lead an iterative "test and learn" approach, consistently refining application features to stay ahead of evolving technology and shifting market demands.
• Prioritize the user experience to ensure the application isn't just functional but also fostering trust and stability from daily use by Agent & Customer.
• Ensuring all technical implementations are aligned with broader commercial objectives, contributing to the bottom line and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
• Orchestrate complex project timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality application enhancements on schedule and within scope.

Requirements

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in delivering Retail Store Ecosystem (POSS, Queueing System, Digital Vending Machine) and digital solutions, especially on mobile and web-based applications
• Deep knowledge of Siebel CRM, Logistic/ERP & eKYC Biometric Verification Technology
• Deep knowledge of system integration using common communication methods such as SOAP and JSON
• Knowledge and able to work with Agile Approach
• Team player on project-based delivery
• Understanding security principles integrating single page apps, mobile apps, and third-party systems using OAuth2, SSO, JWT.
• Understanding of Microservices architecture and patterns, micro gateway, docker, Kubernetes fundamental.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and capabilities
• Target oriented problem-solving approach and decision-making capabilities.
• Deep knowledge on navigating the UI/UX requirement using Figma and translates into technical requirements.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in solutioning, architecting and delivering mobile app and website products.
• Product Development, Product management capability, especially on telecommunication industry
• Preferably had various assignments in different functions in Marketing or having experience in working in highly dynamic companies
• Deep understanding of the telecommunication and competitive landscape in Indonesia
• Highly experienced in leading cross functional teams
