Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation in English and Bahasa.
• Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Individual sales planning and funnel management with affiliated parties to determine equipment needs and generate new sales.
• Creation/execution of go-to-market strategy for growing Schindler NI Volume Business.
• Maintain customer relationships to retain and grow business and to drive customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present bids for standard/custom equipment, explaining cost factors.
• Present industry-specific proposals to architects, consultants or General Contractors.
• Follow safety and environmental procedures and report unsafe conditions when observed.
