Job summary

Work with leaders to translate business needs into people strategies, design and implement development programs, and apply data-driven insights to improve employee experience and organizational capability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in HRBP, HR generalist, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employee relations, performance management, and people development.
• Experience designing or implementing learning and development programs is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-level stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

• At least 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Generalist, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or a related HR function.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employee relations, performance management, and people development.
• Experience in developing or implementing learning and development programs is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate people data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and stakeholders at different levels.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
