You will advise management and employees, drive recruitment, performance management, and HR policy development while ensuring a collaborative, engaging, and compliant work environment. This position supports a hybrid work model in Semarang.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in a Human Resources Generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR compliance.
• In-depth understanding of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
• Experience in a hybrid work setting is preferred.
