Job summary

Pt Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa ( Mitra10 ) is seeking a versatile HR Generalist to support onboarding, employee relations, recruitment, and compensation in a manufacturing environment. The role partners with plant management to foster a constructive workplace and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 2–3 years of generalist experience, with strong HRIS and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding and record-keeping.
Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
Support recruitment for various positions, from sourcing to selection.
Administer compensation and benefits programs in line with policies.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.
Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate HR reports.
Contribute to HR strategies and programs.
Promote positive company culture and employee engagement.
Provide HR support to line managers and staff.
