Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Psychology from reputable universities.
• 8+ years HR experience or 2+ years in a similar role.
• Experience in shopping mall, retail, or lifestyle industry is highly desirable.
• An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a ‘can-do’ attitude.

Responsibilities

• Managing the implementation of employee development
• Managing payroll process and other compensation & benefit elements
• Conduct performance management
• Work with management to address health and safety concerns, including risk assessments and employee well-being program
• Managing employee engagement programs
• Ensure internet connection & other facilities running in good way
• Ensure all operational activities run in accordance with safety standards
