Job summary

WhatJobs Direct is seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead all HR functions for our client in West Java. You will shape HR strategy, oversee talent acquisition, and manage compensation and employee development in a hybrid work setting.

You will advise senior management, ensure legal compliance, and foster an inclusive culture while driving organizational growth and employee well-being in Depok, West Java.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in HR with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in talent management, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies.
• Oversee talent acquisition from recruitment to onboarding.
• Manage employee relations, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs; ensure competitiveness.
