Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8-15 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HRBP, or Human Capital Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
• Experience handling performance management, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and recommend actionable solutions.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and provide strategic HC solutions.
• Support workforce planning, organizational design, and manpower planning.
• Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning and employee development.
• Provide guidance on performance management, coaching, and employee engagement.
• Handle employee relations matters and ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to fulfill hiring needs and ensure effective onboarding.
• Analyze people metrics and provide insights to support business decision-making.
• Lead and support organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Work closely with HC Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated people solutions.
