Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a relevant Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience, with strong communication and HR systems proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, HR Management, Law, Psychology, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of job-related experience.
• Strong business partnering and consulting mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office.
• Language skill in Indonesia and English.
