XL Smart career is seeking a senior leader in Consumer Insights to guide end-to-end research across brand health, customer satisfaction, and concept evaluation. You will translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations for business growth.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate Home Consumer Research, establish governance, and manage vendors, while mentoring researchers and shaping research processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Consumer Insights / Market Research.
• Background in ISP, Telco, Tech / Digital Services preferred.
• Expertise in consumer research methodologies and project management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage end-to-end consumer research projects including Brand Health Tracking, CSAT/NPS, U&A, and concept evaluation.
• Build capability to monitor competitive activities to identify opportunities, risks, and business implications.
• Analyze and translate findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen Home Consumer Research function, governance and vendor management.
