PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk is seeking a senior leader to drive consumer insights and market research initiatives in Jakarta. You will design and oversee end-to-end research programs, including Brand Health Tracking, NPS, and Usage & Attitude studies, while building governance and vendor management for the Home Consumer Research function.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
Min. 10 years of experience in Consumer Insights / Market Research. Background in ISP, Telco, Tech / Digital Services is preferred.
Expertise in consumer research methodologies, including end-to-end research project management.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to communicate insights clearly through compelling storytelling and presentations

Responsibilities

Design and manage end-to-end consumer research projects, including Brand Health Tracking, Customer Satisfaction/NPS, Usage & Attitude (U&A), and concept evaluation.
Build the capabilty to monitor competitive activities to identify opportunities, risks, and business implications.
Analyze and translate research findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to establish and strengthen the Home Consumer Research function, including research processes, governance, and vendor management practices.
