Therighttalent seeks a General Manager - Marine & Freight Operations to oversee feeder vessel operations, agency representation, and freight forwarding across SEA. The role requires leadership of cross-border teams between Singapore and Indonesia, with primary operations in Singapore and regional travel.

You will drive performance, optimize equipment control, and execute commercial objectives while maintaining high service quality and expanding business opportunities across major trade routes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years senior-level experience in shipping, feeder vessel operations, and freight forwarding.
• In-depth knowledge of feeder operations, container fleet equipment control, and port agency procedures.
• Proven ability to manage cross-border teams between Singapore and Indonesia.
• Based in Singapore with openness to eligible nationalities.

Responsabilités

• Direct end-to-end feeder vessel operations and ensure optimal performance and service reliability.
• Oversee liner agency representation and freight forwarding activities to drive growth and efficiency.
• Supervise back-office teams across Indonesia to ensure compliant and efficient processes.
• Coordinate regional stakeholders between Singapore and Indonesia to streamline cross-border workflows.
• Monitor performance indicators and align operations with regional commercial targets.
• Identify new market opportunities in feeder and freight logistics and build strategic partnerships.
