Job summary

ATI Business Group is seeking a Fare Loader Senior Supervisor to lead day-to-day overseas operations, directing a 50+ person team through Team Leaders and ensuring targets and client SLAs are met. This role emphasizes strengthening client relationships, driving continuous improvement, and providing proactive operational reporting to the Manager.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience with large teams, travel or fares/ticketing exposure, strong analytical skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major; travel, airline, fares/ticketing, or customer-facing operations is an advantage.
• Experience leading large teams through Team Leaders or similar roles.
• English fluency (CEFR C1 or above) with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily distribution operations to meet SLAs and ensure accuracy and productivity.
• Lead, coach, and support Team Leaders in managing team performance and development.
• Act as escalation point for operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Support the Manager in client communication, reporting, and performance reviews.
• Monitor performance, identify improvements, and drive operational efficiency.
• Foster team engagement and ensure consistent service delivery across the operation.
