Posisi Fare Loader Senior Supervisor akan memimpin operasional harian untuk klien luar negeri, membina tim 30+ orang melalui Team Leaders, memastikan target operasional dan SLA terpenuhi serta meningkatkan kepuasan klien melalui peningkatan

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree dari jurusan apa saja, diutamakan universitas ternama.
• Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman leadership/supervisi, mengelola tim besar.
• Fluent in English, CEFR C1.
• Latar belakang operasional perjalanan/airline/customer-facing diutamakan.
• Keterampilan analitis, pemecahan masalah, komunikasi dan interpersonal.
• Kemampuan Excel tingkat menengah dengan literasi data operasional.

Responsibilities

• Mengawasi operasional fare loading harian serta akurasi data.
• Memimpin Team Leader dalam pengelolaan beban kerja, produktivitas, kualitas, dan pengembangan karyawan.
• Memantau kinerja operasional dan data akurasi seperti produktivitas, waktu penyelesaian, tingkat kesalahan, dan SLA.
• Menjadi titik eskalasi untuk masalah fare loading yang kompleks dan isu sistem.
• Mendukung Operations Manager dalam komunikasi klien, pelaporan operasional, dan evaluasi kinerja.
• Mengidentifikasi peluang peningkatan efisiensi operasional melalui perbaikan alur kerja.
• Memelihara keterlibatan tim dan konsistensi layanan melalui komunikasi, pembinaan, dan koordinasi.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

We are looking for a Fare Loader Senior Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations for our overseas clients. Reporting to the Manager, you'll oversee a team of 30+ members through Team Leaders, ensuring operational targets and client SLAs are met while fostering team engagement, strengthening client relationships, and driving continuous improvement.

Is This You?

• Oversee daily fare loading operations to ensure accurate and timely loading, updating, and maintenance of fare data in accordance with client requirements, operational procedures, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Lead and support Team Leaders in managing daily workloads, team productivity, quality standards, and employee performance and development.
• Monitor operational performance and data accuracy, including productivity, turnaround time, error rates, and SLA achievement, and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex fare loading issues, data discrepancies, system-related challenges, and service delivery concerns, ensuring timely investigation and resolution.
• Support the Operations Manager in client communication, operational reporting, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency by reviewing workflows, strengthening quality controls, and ensuring consistent adherence to client-specific procedures.
• Maintain team engagement and service consistency through effective communication, coaching, and coordination across the operation.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably managing large teams through Team Leaders or frontline supervisors.
• Fluent in English, with a minimum proficiency level of CEFR C1.
• Preferably has a background in travel, airline operations, data entry, or customer-facing operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong data literacy and a data-driven approach to operational performance management.
• Adaptable and versatile, with the ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to changing operational and client requirements.
• Professional and confident in communicating with clients, Team Leaders, and team members.
• Willingness to work at both Central Jakarta and BSD City, as required by operational needs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts in a 24/7 operational environment.
