Qualifications

• 2–4 years in operations, shared services, finance operations, with Team Lead/Supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, process compliance and financial procedures.
• Proven people management and leadership skills with ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with root-cause analysis.
• Knowledge of workflow management, productivity monitoring, and performance metrics.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive in identifying process gaps and implementing improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English language proficiency preferred.
• Willing to work full WFO and/or in shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance operational activities (A/R, A/P, Reconciliation) for timely, accurate delivery.
• Monitor team productivity, work quality, and adherence to processes.
• Manage task allocation, workload distribution, and workflow priorities.
• Investigate issues and escalations in a timely manner.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify recurring issues and corrective actions.
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and monitor operational reports and performance updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address concerns and ensure smooth execution.
• Coach and motivate team members to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Provide hands-on support in handling complex operational cases when required.
