Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a General Affairs professional to oversee end-to-end operations across multiple sites in Medan. The role focuses on governance, audits, risk management, and coordinating with HR, SHE, IT, and Operations to drive improvements.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 5 years in General Affairs or facilities management, with strong vendor management, cost control, and KPI experience, plus excellent leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, HRM or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in General Affairs, Facility Management or corporate support operations.
• Strong vendor management, cost control, KPI oversight, and facilities administration.
• Proven leadership, problem solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Willing to be placed in Medan.

Responsibilities

• Supervise end-to-end general affairs operations across sites or units.
• Monitor service KPIs, costs, and vendor compliance.
• Support governance, audits, and risk management activities.
• Coordinate with HR, SHE, IT, and Operations.
