Job summary

Ultima Markets is seeking a Regional Business Development Leader to guide a multi-country team in the Forex/CFD sector, including Indonesia. You will drive high-value client engagement, lead recruitment and development, and coordinate with Backend Operations, Sales, and Marketing to execute campaigns across markets.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in BD or sales with a proven KPI track record, strong leadership, CRM proficiency, and comfort with MT4/MT5.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a regional team of Business Development Managers by providing day-to-day guidance, resolving complex client issues.
• Establish clear, measurable performance targets at both team and individual levels, and continuously track key metrics to identify gaps and implement improvement initiatives.
• Conduct training and development programs as needed to enhance team capabilities, including skills development and updates on products, systems, and company policies.
• Actively participate in recruitment activities to build and scale a strong team that supports business expansion objectives.
• Assist in executing market entry strategies and support business development initiatives within assigned regions or client segments.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with high-value clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and local partners to support client retention and regional growth
• Act as the main liaison for the assigned Business Development team, ensuring clear communication with internal departments (e.g., Backend Operations, Sales, Marketing) to support alignment on products, services, and campaigns, and drive cross-functional initiatives for market growth.
• Work closely with senior management or other regional leaders to align on strategic goals, report sales performance, and cascade key directives to the team.
• Lead continuous market research efforts to track industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging business opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders as needed to support data-driven decision-making and business development planning.
