Ultima Markets is seeking a results‑driven sales professional to build and diversify a pipeline of Introducing Brokers, partners, and clients in Indonesia.

You will negotiate commissions, support partners with marketing materials, and coordinate with Client Support, Operations, and Marketing to ensure onboarding and growth.

Stay informed on market trends and adapt to a fast-paced, performance-driven environment while representing a regulated CFD broker.

Qualifications

• Native Bahasa Indonesia proficiency (written and spoken).
• Professional English proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and diversify a strong pipeline of IBs, partners, and clients to drive trading activity in Indonesia.
• Provide hands-on partner support for technical issues; escalate to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Negotiate commission and rebate structures with IBs and partners for mutual growth.
• Liaise with internal teams (Client Support, Operations, Marketing) to resolve issues and align on campaigns.
• Conduct ongoing market research to monitor industry trends and opportunities.
