Job summary

Kilo Kitchen Bali is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to oversee guest service during busy periods, ensuring consistency with SOPs and high standards. You will coach junior staff, coordinate floor operations, manage schedules, and uphold cleanliness; experience with POS systems and cash handling is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of restaurant experience
• Previous leadership roles (Captain, Supervisor, Senior Waiter/Waitress)
• Strong food & beverage knowledge
• Fluent English with confident communication
• Familiar with POS/cashier systems; Raptor experience preferred
• Cashier closing and daily reconciliation experience
• Experience preparing and managing staff schedules and floor allocations
• Experience with floor inventory, stock control, and daily checks
• Able to conduct pre-service briefings and coordinate the floor during busy service
• Strong understanding of sequence of service and restaurant SOPs
• Ability to handle guest complaints and service recovery professionally
• Good knowledge of menu ingredients, dietary requirements and allergens
• Basic understanding of wine, cocktails and spirits
• Strong upselling and suggestive-selling skills
• Able to supervise, coach and support junior service staff
• Good understanding of opening and closing procedures
• Strong attention to cleanliness, presentation and restaurant standards
• Confident, organized and able to remain calm during high-volume service
• Strong sense of leadership, responsibility and hospitality
