The candidate will assist with hardware, software, network, and application troubleshooting, review logs and reports, and coordinate with IT teams and vendors to resolve issues. Strong communication with business users is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervision of daily IT operations and end-user support activities.
• Coordinate task allocation, shift schedules, and ticket handling.
• Monitor system availability, incident resolution, and service level compliance.
• Support troubleshooting of hardware, software, network, and application issues.
• Review incident logs, service reports, and documentation for accuracy.
• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and business users for issue resolution.
• Escalate major incidents, risks, or service gaps to supervisors or managers.
• Develop Application Beck End and Front End
