SabiKerja, on behalf of a growing technology client in Indonesia, is seeking a Sr Solutions Sales Executive (Field Operations Software). You will generate new B2B opportunities, understand industrial workflows, and demonstrate how digital tools improve inspections, maintenance, safety, and reporting.

Responsibilities include cold outreach, site visits, presentations, and closing deals across sectors such as oil & gas, energy, aviation, maritime, logistics, and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B solution sales or business development experience.
• Proven prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience in enterprise software, ERP/EAM/CMMS, industrial tech, IoT, or automation preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, resilient, target-driven, comfortable with cold outreach.
• Willing to travel across Indonesia for customer visits.

Responsabilités

• Generate new business via cold outreach, networking, referrals and events.
• Build relationships across industrial sectors (oil & gas, energy, aviation, maritime, logistics, manufacturing).
• Meet with customers, conduct site visits, presentations and solution demos.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline, and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with technical and management teams to develop proposals.
