Job summary

PT Blue Rose Narado is seeking an organized Order Management/Export Merchandising professional in Bogor to handle orders from PO receipt through export shipment. You will coordinate with PPIC, Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in merchandising or export/import, and strong English communication for buyer correspondence, along with proficient Excel skills for data tracking.

Qualifications

• Diploma D3 or Bachelor's degree (S1), any major.
• 1–3 years of merchandising, export/import, or order management experience.
• Strong English communication for email and buyer interactions; good Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot).

Responsibilities

• Handle and monitor buyer orders from PO receipt to export shipment.
• Receive and check Purchase Orders (PO) from buyers.
• Check order details: product, quantity, delivery date, and shipment schedule.
• Monitor each order from PO received until shipment.
• Prepare and update the Order Status / WIP regularly.
• Prepare and verify care label sticker details per buyer requirements.
• Coordinate with PPIC and Production on progress and schedules.
• Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time completion.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse to ensure material availability.
• Provide regular updates to buyers on order status, production progress, and shipment schedule.
• Inform buyers of any problems or delays related to their orders.
• Resolve issues related to orders, production, and shipment with relevant departments.

2. Main Responsibilities :

• Receive and check Purchase Orders (PO) from buyers.
• Check order details such as product, quantity, delivery date, and shipment schedule.
• Monitor each order from PO received until shipment.
• Prepare and update the Order Status / WIP regularly.
• Prepare and check the care label sticker details based on the buyer's requirements.
• Follow up with PPIC and Production regarding production progress.
• Monitor production schedules and make sure orders are completed on time.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse to make sure materials are available for production.
• Give regular updates to buyers about order status, production progress, and shipment schedule.
• Inform buyers about any problems or delays related to their orders.
• Handle problems related to orders, production, and shipment by coordinating with the relevant departments.

3. Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1), any major.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Merchandising, ExportImport, Order Management, or a similar position.
• Good understanding of the order process from PO → Production → QC → Warehouse → Export Shipment.
• Good English communication skills, especially for email and buyer communication.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, PIVOT)
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented and well organized.
• Able to work with deadlines and handle multiple orders.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving skills.
