Grand Seminyak – Lifestyle Boutique Bali Resort is seeking a Senior Event Sales Manager to drive event sales and revenue by identifying new business and cultivating strong client relationships for weddings, social events, corporate meetings, and lifestyle activations.

The role requires deep knowledge of Bali's market, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to tailor event solutions that meet clients' objectives and the hotel's business goals.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years’ experience in hotel sales, events, weddings, F&B, or lifestyle hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of the Bali market with proven sales and revenue results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, business development, and client relationship skills.
• Creative, proactive, organized, adaptable, and passionate about hospitality and events.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business, leads, partnerships, and revenue.
• Manage the full sales cycle for weddings, social & corporate events, meetings, and brand activations.
• Build strong client and partner relationships.
• Manage sales targets, pipeline, forecasting, and revenue opportunities.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Represent the hotel at client meetings, site inspections, networking events, and industry activities
