You will drive revenue, collaborate with F&B and operations, mentor a senior events team, and partner with global planners to position Bali as a premier destination for conventions and elite social events.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of strategic leadership in MICE, catering, or event management in luxury settings.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Direct strategic planning and financial performance of the MICE & Catering division to maximise venue yield.
• Lead destination marketing and business development to position Bali as a premier international destination.
• Oversee end-to-end event lifecycle with flawless on-site execution for conferences and luxury weddings.
• Mentor and empower the MICE & Catering team while coordinating with F&B and Operations.
