Job summary

Bali’s premier luxury boutique resort is seeking an Assistant Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth across international and domestic markets from its Seminyak location. You will support revenue targets, develop market opportunities, and coordinate cross‑department initiatives with marketing and E‑Commerce teams.

The role requires proven luxury hospitality sales experience, a strong network in travel trade, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury resort or boutique property sales
• Track record of hitting revenue targets and sales KPIs
• Strong knowledge of luxury travel markets and channels
• Established network in travel trade, luxury agencies, and DMCs
• Leadership potential to coordinate cross-departmental commercial efforts

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the property's commercial strategy to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Identify new leads, contracting opportunities, and market trends; strengthen DMC partner relationships.
• Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client entertaining to drive opportunities.
• Build relationships with travel agents, wholesalers, and corporate bookers for high-yield bookings.
• Assist in sales forecasts, market intelligence, and monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with Revenue, E‑Commerce, and Operations to optimize packages and campaigns.
• Monitor competitor pricing, trends, and booking pace to adjust tactics.
• Represent the resort at trade shows and industry events to expand reach.
• Organize client fam trips, inspections, and showcases to highlight luxury offerings.
