• Proven experience managing full-price luxury boutiques, preferably handbags, leather goods, fashion accessories, or premium fashion products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and commercial performance of a luxury boutique.
• Lead customer experience, drive sales growth, and manage inventory and administrative tasks.
• Coach and develop a team of 5–6 staff, schedule shifts, and monitor performance.
