Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a luxury fashion boutique in South Jakarta, delivering premium service and stellar store presentation.

You will drive sales, manage the team, and clientel relationships, while ensuring KPIs such as turnover, ATV, UPT, and AUR are met.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in luxury retail management and strong leadership, communication, and operational skills; basic English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of luxury retail management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily boutique operations and uphold luxury service standards.
• Drive store sales and achieve KPIs (Sales Turnover, ATV, UPT, AUR, retention).
• Build client relationships through luxury clienteling strategies.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation align with brand standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop store staff for sales and service excellence.
• Manage staff scheduling, onboarding, and evaluations.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and stock management.
• Coordinate reporting with head office teams.
