PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an experienced Store Manager for a luxury fashion boutique in Surabaya, Indonesia. You will lead daily boutique operations, drive sales, manage a store team, and uphold premium customer experiences in line with brand standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in luxury retail management, a track record in clienteling, strong leadership, and the ability to optimize KPIs such as turnover, ATV, and UPT within premium mall locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 3–5 years of luxury retail management experience.
• Experience with luxury fashion/handbags preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily boutique operations and ensure premium service.
• Drive store sales and achieve KPI targets.
• Develop and coach store staff to deliver excellence.
• Oversee scheduling, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and visual merchandising standards.
• Coordinate reporting with head office.
