Job summary

Intrepid Asia, a leading Ecommerce and Digital Solutions provider in Southeast Asia, seeks an Assistant Category Manager to drive top-line growth in Indonesia. You will manage a portfolio of Beauty brands, shape ecommerce strategies across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and more, and lead a high-performing Brand Management team.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure seamless end-to-end execution, optimize pricing and promotions, and build strong partner

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Ecommerce, Brand Management, or Category Management.
• Strong commercial acumen with solid P&L experience and ecommerce campaign planning.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into insights to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotions.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills; able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management with platforms and brand partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, market share, and profitability for Beauty brands through strategy and execution.
• Lead ecommerce partner management with platforms to secure visibility and campaigns.
• Oversee brand portfolio profitability with pricing, promotions, and assortment strategies.
• Plan and launch high-impact brand campaigns and new product activations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance for aligned execution.
• Coach and develop the Brand Management team to high performance.
• Cultivate long-term partnerships with brand principals and ecommerce platforms.
