Panna Hospitality Group is seeking a marketplace specialist to manage product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, and store performance across Shopee and TikTok Shop.

You will plan campaigns, live selling, affiliate/KOL programs, and advertising, while analyzing ROAS and cost per order. A strong track record, 2–3 years in marketplaces, and comfort with data and spreadsheets are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on experience managing Shopee and/or TikTok Shop.
• Proven track record of achieving measurable sales results.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, margins, and commercial data.

Responsabilités

• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, and store performance.
• Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, live selling, and affiliate/KOL programs.
• Manage platform advertising based on ROAS and cost per order.
• Monitor order fulfilment, customer reviews, and store ratings.
• Coordinate with warehouse and marketing teams.
• Deliver weekly reports covering revenue, orders, conversion rate, ROAS, and repeat purchases.
• Analyse performance and implement measurable improvements.
• Advantage: F&B/FMCG, live-selling, affiliate/KOL, or basic content experience.

• Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and accountable.
• F&B/FMCG, live-selling, affiliate/KOL, or basic content experience is an advantage.
