Job summary

ANTARESTAR in Bekasi, Indonesia, seeks an experienced Digital Commerce Manager to lead multi-channel sales across Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and our own sites. You will optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, stock, and catalog content to meet sales targets and ensure excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
• Proficient in managing marketplace dashboards and sales analytics tools.
• Strong data analysis, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital commerce strategies across all channels (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, own website)
• Manage online store operations: listings, pricing, promotions, stock, and catalog content
• Monitor channel performance (GMV, conversion rate, AOV, traffic, retention) and optimize
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for stock, shipping, and returns handling
• Coordinate with marketing/digicom teams to synchronize campaigns with the sales calendar
• Conduct research on competitors and marketplace trends to identify opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with marketplace partners to secure program support
• Prepare regular digital commerce sales performance reports for management
• Lead, direct, and develop the digital commerce team under supervision
