PT. GLOBAL INDEP CONSULTANTS INDONESIA in Bali is seeking a Shopify E-Commerce & Online Store Manager to keep our fashion brand's online storefront running smoothly. You will manage the Shopify store, upload products, and coordinate with marketing and warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2–3 years of Shopify experience, strong inventory control, and English fluency. Proficiency with SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools like Klaviyo or Mailchimp is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Shopify experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify store management and inventory control.
• Experience with Shopify Apps, SEO, GA, and email marketing platforms.
• Basic photo editing using Canva or Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Shopify online store.
• Upload products, collections, images, and update inventory.
• Ensure product information, pricing, and website content are accurate.
• Process online orders, returns, and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with marketing, production, and warehouse teams.
• Support promotional campaigns and optimize website performance.
