Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a dynamic sales leader to drive e-commerce growth across Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada and other platforms in Cimahi, West Java. You will lead strategy, set targets, and optimize performance to maximize GMV and ROAS.

You will develop promos, campaigns, vouchers, and marketplace programs; monitor ad performance, traffic, AOV, and product performance; coordinate with Marketing, Creative, CS, and Ads teams; and create periodic reports to steer the team toward

Responsibilities

Lead and develop sales strategy through various e-commerce platforms.
Manage sales targets, GMV, revenue, profit, and ROAS.
Manage and optimize marketplaces including Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada, and other platforms.
Develop promo, campaign, voucher, bundling, and marketplace program strategies.
Monitoring E-Commerce Ads and Performance Ads.
Analyze traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, and product performance regularly.
Develop strategies to increase traffic and conversion.
Coordinate with Marketing, KOL, Live Streaming, Creative, Customer Service, and Ads Specialist teams.
Monitor prices, competitors, market trends, and marketplace developments.
Create reports and evaluate e-commerce performance periodically.
Lead, direct, and evaluate the e-commerce team.
