Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably beauty/personal care.
• Strong knowledge of major marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and their analytics tools.
• Familiar with basic digital marketing (marketplace SEO, ads, affiliates, influencer collaborations).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and up-to-date with beauty trends and online consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, warehouse).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute campaign strategies, promotions, and online sales activities.
• Analyze sales data, traffic, conversion rate, and provide performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create engaging product descriptions, visuals, and promotional content.
• Monitor competitors and beauty industry trends to strengthen product competitiveness.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure product availability.
• Liaise with platform representatives (KAM/BD/RM) for negotiations, joint campaigns, and partnerships.
