Qualifications

• 10+ years in Business Operations or similar roles, preferably fintech/finance.
• Experience leading 5–8 member teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce, BNPL, and digital financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily ops for the e-commerce and BNPL platform with strong performance.
• Translate regional HQ strategies into localized operational roadmaps.
• Develop and manage a 5–8 person team and set performance standards.
• Drive merchant acquisition, partnerships, and ecosystem expansion.
• Oversee onboarding, campaigns, and fee structures.
• Monitor metrics and implement improvements to drive volume and conversions.
• Collaborate across functions and represent unit in strategic discussions.
• Coordinate with regulators and stakeholders on compliance matters.
• Ensure alignment with Indonesian e-commerce and fintech regulations.
