MatchaTalent is seeking a Senior E‑Commerce Business Operations Manager to lead the operational and commercial execution of the company’s e‑commerce and BNPL‑enabled business in Indonesia. This role reports to Regional HQ and acts as the bridge between local operations and regional strategy, translating directives into actionable initiatives and growth plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years in Business Operations with 5+ years in e‑commerce/BNPL/digital services.
• 5+ years in managerial or senior leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations for the e‑commerce and BNPL platform in Indonesia.
• Translate Regional HQ strategies into local roadmaps and initiatives.
• Develop and manage a 5–8 person operations team with clear KPIs.
• Drive merchant acquisition, partnerships, and ecosystem expansion.
• Oversee onboarding, platform campaigns, fee structures and conversions.
• Monitor key metrics and drive initiatives to increase volume and efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams—Product, Legal, Risk, Compliance.
• Represent the unit in stakeholder discussions with partners.
• Engage with authorities and regulators on compliance matters.
