Job summary

Akulaku Group in Jakarta is seeking a senior partner relations lead to build and maintain relationships with multiple business partners and stakeholders to tap potential business opportunities and drive strategic collaborations.

The role involves liaising with government authorities for compliance when needed and coordinating with E-Commerce Operations, Business Development, Merchant Relationship Management, Legal and cross-functional teams to align initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of work experience in E-Commerce, BNPL or financial services industries.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin; English is a plus.
• Proficient communication and persuasion skills, being resourceful.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationship with multiple business partners and stakeholders to tap potential business opportunities.
• Represent the company to liaise with government authorities for compliance if needed.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take charge as a leader when required.
• Collaborate with E-Commerce Operation, Business Development, Merchant Relationship Management, Legal and other XFN teams for alignment.
• Manage and support other ad-hoc or urgent E-Commerce platform wise tasks with a very strong sense.
