Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim, a growing importer of premium dates in Jakarta, seeks an entrepreneurial E-commerce & Operations Lead to own the online and wholesale platform build‑out. You will launch and scale Tokopedia and TikTok Shop presence, manage wholesale inquiries, supervise staff, and oversee daily logistics.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in Bahasa Indonesia and English, have a builder mindset, are comfortable learning new software, and can implement SOPs to keep inventory, orders, and compliance

• Experience selling and managing stores on Tokopedia and TikTok Shop.

We are a growing importer of premium dates (buah kurma) in Jakarta, looking for a highly capable, hands‑on E-commerce & Operations Lead. This is not a standard assistant role—we need a proactive problem‑solver who is ready to put the business on their shoulders and build our operations from the ground up.

You will act as the founder’s right hand, taking full ownership of our e‑commerce launch, wholesale client management, staff supervision, and daily logistics. If you thrive in a startup environment and know how to turn a blank canvas into a fully functioning online and wholesale business, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Management: Launch, manage, and scale our online presence on Tokopedia and TikTok Shop.

Wholesale Expansion: Act as the primary point of contact for wholesale B2B customers, handling inquiries, negotiations, and orders via Phone and WhatsApp.

Compliance: Ensure the business strictly adheres to all Indonesian rules and regulations regarding online business and e‑commerce compliance.

Operations & Team Management

Fulfillment: Oversee daily warehouse and packing operations, ensuring 100% of retail and wholesale orders are packed accurately and dispatched on time.

Staff Leadership: Create rules, workflows, and SOPs to effectively manage and motivate operational staff.

System Solutions: Research, implement, and troubleshoot business applications (inventory, sales, or logistics software) to streamline daily operations.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Experience: Proven track record of selling and managing stores on Tokopedia and TikTok Shop.

Language: Must be fully bilingual, with excellent spoken and written communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Mindset: A "builder" mentality. You must be highly autonomous, resourceful, and capable of figuring things out when there is no existing playbook.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning and integrating new software or applications to solve business bottlenecks.

Leadership: Experience managing blue-collar or operational staff, with a firm but fair approach to enforcing rules and deadlines.
