• 5+ years of direct response copywriting in DTC health/wellness
• Strong portfolio with long and short form copy for ads, landing pages and listicles
• Proven framework for research, identifying psychological triggers and testing
• Experience using AI tools to scale creative production while preserving nuance
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Identify funnel gaps and optimize copy and upsells to maximize ROAS and LTV
• Develop hooks, stories, arguments and CTAs to outperform controls
• Refine messaging with customer psychology insights and testing data
• Collaborate with media buyers, designers, product leads and editors to align campaigns
• Ensure compliance and maintain messaging consistency across channels
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative production while preserving human creativity
