Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative marketing strategies aligned with brand and objectives.
• Lead planning and execution of creative campaigns across social media and digital platforms.
• Develop concepts and content directions that resonate with the target audience.
• Collaborate with Content, Social Media, KOL, and Digital Marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and use insights to improve future strategies.
• Manage and guide the creative marketing team, setting priorities and providing feedback.
• Work with internal and external partners including KOLs, creators, agencies, and partners.
• Stay up to date with trends in digital marketing and consumer behavior.
• Ensure all creative materials meet quality standards and deadlines.
