Job summary

Avery Dennison in Bekasi, Indonesia is seeking a Customer Service/Order Coordinator to ensure on-time delivery and responsive service for key accounts. You will process purchase orders, answer inquiries, and promote self-service tools like MyAD Portal and EDI, coordinating with internal teams to meet delivery dates.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or bachelor’s degree and at least two years in customer service, with strong communication, teamwork and a proactive approach to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any related fields.
• 2+ years experience in customer service.
• Hands-on experience in order processing via systems.
• Experience in attending to Customer’s query and requests via email and phone.
• Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels.
• Self-initiated and able to work effectively to meet the deadlines
• Good team player and service-minded

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders to ensure timely execution.
• Follow up on orders and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Respond to product inquiries and provide information.
• Promote MyAD Portal and EDI usage to customers.
• Provide product and quality information and timely responses.
• Fulfill sample requests from customers.
• Capture Voice of Customers (VOC) and relay to Sales Force system.
• Address compliance inquiries and regulatory requests.
• Coordinate clearing aging samples, slow-move inventory, and write-off requests.
• Attend meetings for process improvements.
• Assist with other admin / non-direct sales tasks as required.
