Job summary

Avery Dennison Indonesia is seeking a Customer Service Professional to follow up orders and provide service to assigned customers and accounts. You will manage order processing, follow-up, pricing integrity, on-time deliveries, and complete order fulfillment, supporting sales activities rather than direct selling.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, coordinating with sales and production, handling complaints, and maintaining accurate customer data to improve service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• English skills – advanced reading & basic speaking.
• Experience in apparel industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests via telephone, fax and mail in a timely manner.
• Understand customer needs and provide timely response to requests.
• Coordinate with sales, other departments and production on delivery of goods and services.
• Handle customer complaints according to company procedures and drive improvements.
• Maintain updated customer profile information and communicate with vendors.
• Provide order management support including order entry and expediting.
