Job summary

Avery Dennison Indonesia is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to manage order processing and ensure on-time deliveries while responding to inquiries. You will promote MyAD Portal and EDI usage and provide product and quality information to customers.

Responsibilities include updating VOC, coordinating sample requests, and maintaining strong communication with internal teams and clients to improve service levels.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service.
• Experience handling customer queries via email and phone.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-initiated and able to meet deadlines; team player.

Responsibilities

• Process orders promptly and ensure on-time delivery as requested.
• Promote and support customers to use MyAD Portal and EDI.
• Provide product and quality information with excellent customer response.
• Update bi-weekly indent summaries to customers.
• Capture Voice of Customer (VOC) and collaborate with Sales/Internal teams.
• Coordinate sampling, aging stock, and write-off requests.
