Responsibilities

• Provides customer focused service to assigned accounts.
• Processes orders from entry to delivery and invoicing.
• Uses SAP Sales and Distribution for transactions.
• Communicates order status to customers and internal teams.
• Gathers and shares market or account intelligence.
• Responds to price and availability questions.
