Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, education, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 7–8 years in corporate training and capability development.
• Experience with behavioural and technical competency programs.
• Proven use of learning analytics to improve delivery.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
• Energy/infra industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver corporate competency, leadership, and technical training programs.
• Coordinate calendar, coaching, shadowing, mentoring, and digital learning.
• Apply 70-20-10 model linking classroom, on-the-job and coaching.
• Analyse learning outcomes and translate insights into improvements.
• Support culture programs and learning analytics dashboards.
• Manage external training vendors and ensure quality.
• Collaborate with programme development and shared services.
