Qualifications

• Ability to analyze field execution challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Experience coordinating construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Background in brownfield projects and related safety/quality processes.
• Knowledge of contractor management, interface management, and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction execution and field implementation activities for assigned packages.
• Coordinate contractors, operations, engineering, commissioning teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Support brownfield implementation and facility integration minimizing disruption.
• Oversee construction safety, quality, documentation, progress, and records.
• Lead commissioning coordination, startup readiness, acceptance, and handover.
• Capture lessons learned and drive improvement for future projects.
