The role requires 6+ years in corporate banking, a strong client-centric approach, and the ability to engage C-level executives in the Denpasar region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA a plus.
• Minimum 6 years in relationship management, sales, or similar corporate banking role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a profitable client portfolio.
• Strong understanding of corporate banking products, credit principles, and financial markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
• Ability to build trust with C-level executives and business owners in Denpasar region.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate banking clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Develop and implement strategies to deepen client relationships and cross-sell banking products and services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients and building networks.
• Assess client financial needs and provide customized solutions including loans, trade finance, treasury services, and investments.
• Conduct due diligence and credit assessments for new and existing clients.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
