Funding Societies | Modalku in Bali is seeking a driven Relationship Officer to join our Secured Lending team. The role focuses on business hunting, acquiring clients with asset-backed financing, and expanding the loan portfolio through proactive lead generation and tailored financing solutions.

You will build long-term client relationships, conduct fact-finding, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver end-to-end client experiences while staying aware of market trends and competitors.

Competenze

• 2-3 years of secured lending, B2B sales, or financial institutions exposure to collateral-based financing.
• Proven track record in hunting and acquiring new clients; focus on asset-backed lending opportunities.
• Experience in managing a portfolio or targets with ticket sizes up to IDR 5 billion (IDR 10 billion cap).
• Strong understanding of general industry landscapes; specialization in 1-2 key industries preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.
• Hunter mindset with strong critical thinking and analytical capability.
