Tripatra in Pekanbaru is seeking a highly capable Construction Project Manager to lead challenging projects. You will oversee end-to-end construction initiatives, from planning and procurement through execution and closeout, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and top quality.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and a focus on safety and collaboration with site staff, contractors, and consultants to drive project success and uphold the company’s reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in project management within construction.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction processes, project management software, and contract administration.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Oversee all phases of the construction project lifecycle from conception to handover.
• Lead project teams including site staff, contractors, and consultants.
• Ensure safety regulations and quality control standards are followed throughout the project.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
