• Within 12 years, served as Construction Manager on EPC/EPCI with high-value contracts.
• Managed at least 200 contractor personnel including subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of construction management, HSE, quality, and progress measurement.
• Understanding of contract law and administration principles.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Able to present in Bahasa Indonesia and English for evaluation.
• Must meet Fit for Duty requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Applied Bachelor's Degree (D4) in any Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in construction and construction management, including at least 8 years in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Civil Construction (Roads/High-rise Buildings/Bridges), Mining, Geothermal, or Power Generation projects.
• Within the last 12 years, has served as a Construction Manager on EPC/EPCI projects or as the lead construction representative for multinational Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Civil Construction, Mining, Geothermal, or Power Generation projects with: a)Minimum single contract value of IDR 200 billion. b)Responsibility for managing at least 200 contractor personnel, including subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of construction management, including construction methods, HSE implementation, constructability reviews, quality standards, construction progress measurement, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
• Strong leadership in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), with a good understanding of business administration processes, contract management, and contract law principles.
• Excellent leadership, managerial, coordination, mentoring, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to prepare and deliver a presentation, including a motivational essay and innovation program, in both Bahasa Indonesia and English as part of the Company's evaluation and interview process.
• Must meet the Company's Fit for Duty requirements.
